Janet was always drawn to real estate as a career choice. Growing up with a father who was an architect, contractor and Broker, she was constantly exposed to the industry. Even at four years old, she helped her father sell a new property at one of his open houses…she was a natural! Over the years, Janet has worked in many areas of the industry. From appraisal to property management, her knowledge is extremely valuable.
When Janet decided to pursue residential sales, she quickly found she had made the right choice. A consistent top producer at Coldwell Banker, Janet has found great success. And Janet’s success goes beyond the numbers. Her clients have had such positive experiences; she has been able to build a business based on referrals.
A lifelong Chicagoan, Janet grew up in the suburbs, but moved to the city after college and never looked back! Currently living Museum Park, Janet focuses her business on her own neighborhood, as well as Lincoln Park, Old Town, Lakeview, Gold Coast, Streeterville, River North, Bucktown, West Loop, Uptown, Lincoln Square and South Loop.
An avid sailor, Jane has a true passion for living by the lake. After years of racing sailboats, she is giving back to the sport as a Certified Race Officer. She is very active and serves on the Board of the Chicago Yacht Club. Janet also gives back to her community, donating a portion of every sale to the Coldwell Banker Charitable Foundation which assists in housing-related issues.
