Last week Tom and I attended the Buffini seminar in Chicago, what a practical, logical, smart way to build a referral system to grow our business. Today we attended the Power Pricing Seminar in Milwaukee and learned a whole new way of thinking about our role as real estate brokers. The ideas of acting as an educator and negotiator were two take-aways from the morning. Getting into a v formation and flying with the Coldwell team has been a wise decision for the KT Team.
