I am a 2nd generation Realtor®, I have been a top agent, assistant manager, manager, broker/owner of a Coldwell Banker franchise, director of education and in 2002, I was honored with the opportunity to become Regional Vice President of the Milwaukee region. My career has always been with Coldwell Banker, I believe in their core values, unmatched tools, resources and their outstanding brand benefits. Life Lessons & Inspiration
It is my belief that all facets of life affect what you are able to accomplish. As a former professional fiber artist, I pride myself on my creative talents and thinking. I use creativity to encourage agents across the region to approach their business in an imaginative and resourceful way. I also believe that being a leader at work is closely tied with being a leader within your community. I have chosen to give back throughout my real estate career through local charitable organizations like the Ronald McDonald House of southeastern Wisconsin, Habitat for Humanity ,The American Diabetes Association of southeast Wisconsin and Coldwell Banker Charitable Foundation. The lessons I have learned while volunteering have translated into how I manage my office and the Wisconsin region. My personal referrals are a testament to my commitment.
My personal referrals are a testament to my commitment
Here is what a couple of my agents have to say:
Judy Hearst has been my Manager and Regional Vice President since I started my Real Estate business almost 4 years ago. She has provided me with the tools and training to build my business consistently each year in an extremely difficult real estate market. Judy’s creative leadership and management skills reflect the high level of training that is provided by Coldwell Banker, one of the leading and most recognized global real estate brands. Judy is hands on with her agents and is an exceptional coach and mentor who is never too busy to listen, brainstorm or advice. I have worked with many managers in my career and none can “hold a candle” to Judy Hearst! (Shelley Daily)
As a manager and Regional Vice President, Judy has excellent knowledge of the market and is able to share her wealth of knowledge with all of us at the Mequon office. Judy is always available to all of the agents; if she is not in the office you can always get in touch with her by phone or e-mail and expect a fast response. She is very tech savvy, and while I am not, she is a great resource. (Mary Bernbrock)
We just can't thank you enough for the wonderful educational opportunities we have enjoyed since joining Coldwell Banker.
Last week Tom and I attended the Buffini seminar in Chicago, what a practical, logical, smart way to build a referral system to grow our business. Today we attended the Power Pricing Seminar in Milwaukee and learned a whole new way of thinking about our role as real estate brokers. The ideas of acting as an educator and negotiator were two take-aways from the morning. Getting into a v formation and flying with the Coldwell team has been a wise decision for the KT Team. Not to mention the numerous times we have picked Tom Sykoras brain for his perspective on a difficult transaction detail. Seriously, THANK YOU. (Kathy and Tom Pehowski)
