Patrick O’Rourke was named Regional Vice President of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage for Chicago's North Shore in 2004. Under his guidance, Coldwell Banker has maintained its position as the market leader on the North Shore, with a larger market share than the next three competitors combined. He oversees the operations of 10 offices and more than 700 broker associates in Cook and Lake counties. Well-known for his superb leadership skills and progressive business style, Patrickbelieves, “We are here to support each other. We are the biggest because we have the most professional agents, the best marketing and support staff in the industry." Patrick stresses that each office has the feel of a boutique family business and every manager and staff member strives to exceed the expectations of individual agents. Patrick also manages the Glencoe Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office. Under his strong leadership, in 2011, the average production for a full time agent was $5,000,000 in closed transactions.

Marketing & Design
Patrick employs staff members who help agents execute their business and marketing plans. In addition to agent and property internet marketing, graphic designers are available to agents, at no additional cost, to work on ads, public relations, brochures, direct mailings, and eblasts. Patrick and the marketing staff work directly with local print publications and websites (including Pioneer Press, Patch.com, Sheridan Road Magazine, Chicago Tribune, Sun Times Publications, Chicago Magazine, Chicago Social and more) for further exposure of agents and their listings in the local marketplace. Patrick also provides a regional branding specialist who helps agents create branded materials to market themselves in a consistent manner to consumers.
A second generation Realtor, Patrick has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate profession. In 1990, he started his own real estate firm, Landmark Real Estate, which he successfully operated until October, 2000 when it was acquired by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.Born and raised on Chicago's North Shore, Patrick graduated with a B.S. in business administration from the University of Arizona. He is a past Board Member of many community causes and charitable organizations including the United Way, Historic Preservation Commission, Coach and Commissioner of Little League Baseball, and Rotary. Patrick and his wife Cheryl have raised their four amazing kids in Glencoe and are active in their schools, sports, and pursuits within the community.
