Coldwell Banker has everything an experienced agent needs to help you get to the next level of your career. As the Senior Manager for the past 6 years, I work closely with each individual agent to provide what they need and when they need it. We're all different and have specific needs, but we all want the same thing - huge success in the real estate industry.

That's where I come in - I have been in the real estate business for 25 years, through many ups and downs of the economy. I am a Business Coach, certified through Integrity Coaching, and have coached many agents over the years. This is something I truly enjoy and feel a great sense of accomplishment when together we work to reach their goals. Personal attention makes all the difference.

I am also a Certified Mentor with Buffini and Company and run regular sessions on the "100 Days to Greatness" program. I am a huge believer in this sytem which celebrates face-to-face, personal contact with people to build a strong referral and repeat real estate business.

Also, I am trained to teach Pre-Licensing classes in the state of Wisconsin, and consider contracts my specialty. I enjoy working with agents on  the intracacies and the strategy in the world of real estate contracts.

I have also been a licensed faciliator for the "First Things First" time management system through the Stephen Covey Leadership Center. Time management is essential to realtors and anyone else who has other demanding their time.

I have sales and management experience in residential home sales, condominiums, vacant land, new constructon, and commercial transactions including leasing, purchasing and building commercial properties.
