Background and Qualifications
Susan has twenty plus years of experience in the real estate industry and has mastered the art of contract negotiations, gained while working as a Residential Paralegal for some of the top developers in Illinois. She is driven by the challenge of helping her clients achieve their real estate goals, assisting them with her careful and dedicated approach to each transaction.
She has worked with new home developments as well as existing homes in single family, townhome and condominium communities. On the buying side, she listens intently to the needs of her clients and carefully selects each property search to meet those needs. She has helped clients in finding and purchasing property from castles to condos throughout Chicago’s Northwest Suburbs.
On the selling side, she works actively with her clients to develop a comprehensive strategic marketing plan for each property including open houses, broker tours, as well as utilizing many aspects of the internet and online marketing advertising.
Some of you may know Susan from the closing on your home with Kennedy Homes, Kimball Hill Homes, or Zale Homes. When she's not serving her clients, she's active in her community supporting her family at local sporting events and being an active Chamber of Commerce member. She is a volunteer with the WINGS (We In Need Gain Strength) Program that provides aide and safe housing to battered women and their children.

This course educates the Realtor about the nuances of the foreclosure process and the advantages to a seller for a short sale.Susan has been awarded the Accredited Distressed Property Representative (ADPR®) designation, the professional designation addresses foreclosures, auctions, short sales, and REO properties.
Susan achieved this distinguished award after completing 12 hours of course work designed to help professionals in the disposal and acquisition of distress properties.
Susan trained to understand the steps and tools necessary to facilitate a distress property sale. She is an experienced short sale professional with a proven record of success on both the buy and sell side.
That, along with a course on Buyers Representation in Today's Real Estate Market. This course educates the Realtor on professionally servicing clients and potential buyers in the home purchasing process in the Buyers Market we are seeing today.
Most recently, a course on VALUE PRICING. This course educates the Realtor on pricing an asset, your home, right. The pricing is based on applying historical data along with an expert analysis to price your asset much like many commodities, say gold. In pricing your home right the first time will give you the greatest value in today's market.
