As a long time resident, I am an excellent resource for buyers throughout Chicago and the North Shore towns of Evanston, Wilmette, Winnetka, Kenilworth, Glencoe, and Glenview.
I bring a unique skill set to homeowners. Having previously worked for 15 years in the corporate marketing world, I provide rich, out of the box thinking to get homes sold faster and smarter. My marketing experience provides a competitive advantage to put your home's best foot forward. I design a customized marketing plan so you know how I'll be working for you. Together we'll stage your home to maximize it's presentation. But it doesn't stop there, I wake up every day thinking of new things to try to find your home a buyer.
For my buyers I work hard to understand the image of your ideal home. I conduct an assessment of your specific wants and needs, to ensure we are looking at homes that fit, or could fit, your interests, and that are within your price range. Often, your needs or parameters evolve as we explore the uniqueness of what the various Chicago towns offer, and our search evolves as well. My extensive background in renovation and decorating makes me a huge asset to take you through a home.
I have personally bought and sold my own homes several times, so I know first-hand the emotions and experiences of the process. I have also renovated several homes, allowing me to help you see what might be a home's hidden potential and offer a vision of what it could be.

I am an experienced home stager, and complimentary stage the homes I list. We work together to get your house ready for sale, to allow it to shine for the prospective buyer, and sell in a shorter amount of time.
Personal Background
I lived in the City of Chicago for over a decade, and am currently a Wilmette homeowner with my husband, our three children, and our Portugese Water Dog, Jack. I am active in the North Shore community, and am an excellent resource for anyone relocating to the area. Outside of real estate, I also enjoy running, skiing, and bike riding. When my life needs me to stop to catch my breath, I love a good book or movie.
