Prior to being a Chicago area realtor Mark Flint owned his own, highly awarded, residential design/build business for fifteen years. He worked as a creative marketing professional for seven years, marketing for blue-chip companies like Coca-Cola, Ford Credit and Domino’s Pizza. Mark combines his marketing background with his successful design/build record to make a unique realtor on the North Shore.
Mark says, “For homeowners looking to sell, I believe in approaching their home as the special place it is to them, filled with history and interaction. We have to take that and focus it into the strategically best way to sell their home and help them move on to the next home, which can very often be a new stage in their lives.”
When it comes to buyers Mark says, “Buyers are looking to take a property and make it their home. I have the vision and know-how to make that happen. They want to know if they can move a wall or build an addition. I know what can be done, but more importantly is to share with a buyer what can be done for the right price. These are the options that I can give a buyer or developer.”
