For more than 20 years Joe has dedicated his professional life to the real estate industry. As an agent, he represented buyers and sellers, building a business based 100% on referrals. Now as the branch manager for both the Lake View and Halsted offices, Joe shares his experience with other agents.
Making the transition to management has been an exciting one for Joe. In an effort to bring energy into the workplace, Joe fosters a positive and fun office environment. By offering ongoing professional development, he encourages learning and professionalism. Whether an agent is new to the business, or has spent many years in the field, Joe tailors his support to each individual. He feels his role in each office is not only as a manager, but as a mentor, trainer, motivator and problem solver. Joe takes a hands-on approach, supporting agents at whatever level of success they want to achieve.

To Joe, the key to finding success as an agent is providing the best customer service possible. Treating clients with professionalism and respect will naturally grow an agent’s business. Joe’s knowledge of the business has brought him much success over the years. He has received numerous awards and recognition for sales production over the years, and was consistently within the top 1% of all Chicago real estate agents in sales volume and closed transactions.

Neighborhood Knowledge
Joe has lived in the Chicago area for most of his adult life. After earning the Chick Evans Scholarship, he
left home to earn a degree in Marketing and Communication Studies from Northern Illinois University. He became a licensed real estate agent immediately upon graduation. Now having been a resident of Joe has lived in the Chicago area for most of his adult life. After earning the Chick Evans Scholarship, he the North Side of the city for over 20 years, he has a great understanding of Chicago’s neighborhoods, schools, parks and communities.
Joe is also an active member of the Roscoe Village Neighbor’s Association, Lakeview Chamber of Commerce, and other neighborhood associations. In addition, he is a member of St. Clement Church and a Board Member of the One-For-The-Kids Charity Foundation. When he is not busy with real estate, he enjoys golf, running and watching sports.
Both the Lakeview and Halsted offices work with properties all over Chicago, including Lake View, Lincoln Park, Gold Coast, Roscoe Village, Lincoln Square, Andersonville, Wicker Park, Bucktown, Ravenswood, West Loop and Ukrainian Village.
