Jim McEneaney currently serves as a Senior Vice President of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage - Chicago Metro. In his role, he oversees operations of 13 offices and the affiliation of approximately 800 independent sales associates in the southwest and western suburbs of Chicago.
McEneaney has served as a member of the Coldwell Banker Senior Management Team since 1983.
McEneaney received his real estate broker’s license in 1972. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and has earned the designations of CRS, CRB and GRI. He also heads up the Diversity Initiative for NRT for the Chicago Metro.
This past year, Jim attended the Wharton School of Business weeklong Executive Education Program at University of Pennsylvania.
McEneaney started his real estate career with James Merrion Realtors in 1972 in Chicago and the southwest suburbs. He worked there for 8 years and until 1980 when the company was sold to Coldwell Banker.
He earned his Master’s Degree in history from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa. An active runner who competes in numerous races each year, McEneaney currently lives in Oak Brook with his wife, Pat, and they are the parents of four grown children and two grandchildren.
