Education and Training

In 1977, Mike Glynn completed the required classes and passed his Wisconsin Brokers License. He joined his mother and father in their venture to provide personal, professional service and founded Glynn Realty Inc. Wisconsin License Law required all licensees to complete two days of continuing education and to pass an exam in each of the four modules every two years.

Mike Glynn attended a four day seminar focused on providing “World Class Service” and building his business through personal referrals sponsored by JOE STUMP. It was the best four days he spent and has worked to implement these processes into his daily activities. The very best lead for new business is a personal referral.

Recent Customer Testimonial

I have your card and will keep your information so that when we make a move you are the guy we go with. I was really impressed with the BPO you did. As a previous mortgage underwriter I have seen some really sloppy work but yours is outstanding (especially just for a BPO).
I can't thank you enough for the time you spent coming out doing the field work and then the BPO. Hopefully I can send you some business at some point.
Thank you very much,
Randy L, Miller

Recent Customer Testimonial

Mike is a genuine person who has perfected his craft as a realtor. He works hard and is extremely knowledgable. I never felt pushed like you do with other realtors, but really felt more like he was a family friend trying to advise me how to get the best outcome and he presented the scenario in a way I did not feel pressured but changed my mindset for the best outcome.

Personal Background

Mike and his wife Pam enjoy spending time with their grandchildren. They also try to find time to ride their four horses, Houston, Sadie, Spirit and Buddy. Over the past six years of their ownership they have completed many projects on their 150 year old farm.

Flying has always been Mike’s second love, since he received his private pilot’s license in 1971. In the early 1990’s he became a partner in a Piper Warrior and in 1997 they purchased a 1974 Piper Archer. Mike obtained his instrument rating after 40 hours of flight instruction, passing the written, oral and flight test. He uses his airplane for business whenever possible. Mike is a pilot for the Young Eagles Program. The Young Eagles Program offers boys and girls an opportunity to get an introductory flight to General Aviation Aircraft. This program is offered at airports across our great nation. Hartford hosts the program yearly during the summer. Boys and girls are invited to the airport; they complete some basic flight instruction, and then are assigned to a flight. The pilots are volunteers that provide the aircraft, time and fuel to give young boys and girls the experience of flight in a small aircraft for the first time. After their flight, they receive a certificate signed by the current leader of the Young Eagles Program and the pilot giving the flight. This flight is recorded in the world’s largest log book kept by the EAA.

Past Chairman and leaders of the Young Eagles include Col. Chuck Yeager, most recently Harrison Ford, and the current two leaders Chesley "Sully" Sullenberger, pilot of US Airways Flight 1549 and his co-pilot Jeffrey B. Skiles. As many of you know, these two pilots made the emergency landing in the Hudson in January of 2009.
