Both Kathy and Tom Pehowski have a Real Estate Brokers license. Kathy has a Masters in Finance with accounting and business degrees. Tom has a Masters in Business Administration along with degrees in math and computer science. Kathy's strengths are in strategic planning and communication. Personal Background
Kathy & Tom Pehowski, the KT Team, began their Real Estate careers by successfully building conservancy subdivisions. Seidler Pond and the Behrens (both in Cedarburg) are luxury residential communities that respect the land, its heritage and natural elements as well as preserve large portions of green space for future generations to enjoy. They are comfortable working with municipal zoning regulations, septic soil testing, maximizing values in new construction, developing and reviewing deed restrictions and covenants, establishing and understanding homeowner associations, working with plan commissions or the department of natural resources. They bring all of this experience to every transaction.

Education and Training
The KT Team has sold multi-millions in real estate annually since 2004. Kathy is an Accredited Buyers Agent (ABR), e-Pro, and holds certification in Short Sales and Foreclosures. Both Tom and Kathy Pehowski have MBA’s and real estate broker licenses.
Tom's IT background helps the team stay ahead of the curve. The KT Team is among the 7% of realtors nationwide who have been using electronic signature technology to assist their clients with quick, convenient, reliable signing and delivery of documents.

Tom Pehowski holds the PMI Project Manager Designation. He served on the Ozaukee Board of Realtors 2010-2011 and is Secretary 2011-2012.
