About the Heraty-Christensen Group

Celine Heraty and Jean Christensen joined as Real Estate partners in the Fall of 2010.  Jean spent over 20 years in the fashion and advertising world as a stylist, producer and negotiator.  Celine has been a top producing Realtor at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in La Grange, Illinois since 1992.  Together they bring over 25 years of real estate experience and marketing expertise to their clients. 

For Their Seller Clients:  Their focus is on helping home sellers feel comfortable with the process of bringing their homes to the best possible condition before they are presented to the public.  They provide a thorough evaluation and will make recommendations that include: de-cluttering, deep-cleaning, furniture repositioning, and staging to present the home in the best possible way.  They provide a list of reliable resources to help with this process.  They will help their seller clients position their home realistically in today's market to best assure a sale.  All the homes that are marketed by the Heraty-Christensen Group are showcased through internet, print and direct contact campaigns.

For Their Buyer Clients:  Their focus is on providing their buyers with the most up to date real estate data & market statistics and access to a 24 hour on-line search through the Multilple Listing Service.  They also facilitate the process of lender pre-approval and follow the transaction all the way through until closing.
