Maureen lives with her husband and four children in Sauganash and has been a 25 year parishioner of Queen of All Saints Basilica. Amy Kisielica
Amy began her real estate career in 2004, overseeing new development sales, as well as individual purchases and re-sales. As a lead agent for the #25 top selling development team in the US, according to The Wall Street Journal, while at Koenig and Strey, she was actively involved with all the sales and marketing efforts for over 300 condominium and single-family homes in Lincoln Park, Old Town, Lakeview, Bucktown, South Loop, Sauganash and Old Irving Park. In 2008, she was named the #3 top selling agent at Jameson Real Estate. Amy has achieved over $50 million in sales since 2004.
As a homeowner and real estate investor, Amy has in-depth knowledge of the intricacies of new construction, as well as home re-modeling and how it impacts the value of a home. She also has done extensive work within many of Chicago’s most sought-after neighborhoods, providing her clients with the most comprehensive analysis of each sub-market.

Prior to real estate, Amy sharpened her client relationship management as an account supervisor at Edelman Public Relations. Amy was raised in the northern suburbs and graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in Journalism and Spanish. Debbie Perkaus

Debbie’s love of the industry shines through with each person she works with. She has personally bought and sold many homes for herself and her family, allowing her to share personal experiences. Debbie also pays close attention to current market trends, helping her better understand what motivates both buyers and sellers.
A graduate of the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts, Debbie earned a degree in economics. Her knowledge of the economy is extremely valuable when pricing properties. Debbie also has experience in appraisal work and applies her expertise in each real estate transaction.
Helping the Community
A resident of Sauganash for over 30 years, Debbie enjoys spending free time with her three children. She also has spent time volunteering at the Art in Action Program, has been treasurer of the Women’s Auxiliary and was on the School Board for Queen of All Saints. In addition, she is a member of the Board of Trustees at Loyola Academy and is involved in the Mosaic Project in Sauganash.
Debbie supports a variety of buyers and sellers, focusing on the residential market in Sauganash, Sauganash Park, Edgebrook and Wildwood.
