Personal Background

Marsha and Cary Nusslock have lived in Lake Forest for 28 years, on the east side and on the west side. They have three children who all benefited from the Lake Forest school system. Being very active in the community, Marsha and Cary are keenly familiar with the Lake Forest/Lake Bluff market, and the entire North Shore.

Marsha brings you the added benefit of being a professional interior designer, as a designated Professional Interior Designer (30 years), and as a member of the American Society of Interior Designers (28 years). If you are buying a home, she will lend her training to help visualize and capture its full potential. If you are selling, she will help you stage your home to maximize its full appeal and value.

Marsha attended the University of Wisconsin and the Harrington Institute of Interior Design (Chicago). She is an avid golfer, skier, oil painter, and loves to cook.

Cary brings you the business and contract negotiating skills he honed in the insurance brokerage profession. Before entering real estate, he spent 28 years with Marsh & McLennan Companies, the world largest insurance broker, where he retired as a Managing Director. Cary has served on the boards of the Lake Forest/Lake Bluff United Way, Conway Farms Golf Club, Conway Farms Homeowners Association, and the Lake Forest Caucus.
Cary attended the University of Wisconsin and like Marsha, is an avid golfer and skier.
