NAPERVILLE, Ill. (March, 2009) -
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is pleased to announce its support of
Naperville CARES, (Community Acting in Response to Economic Stress), with a
$2,000 grant to benefit the organization's efforts to provide resources to
people within the Naperville community who need assistance to avoid
homelessness and attain self-sufficiency.
The funds were provided through the Coldwell Banker
Residential Brokerage Charitable Foundation, a local chapter of the NRT
Foundation that operates as the charitable arm of Coldwell Banker Residential
Brokerage with a primary purpose of raising funds to provide financial
assistance to housing-related causes in the community.

CARES (Community Acting in Response to
Economic Stress) is to provide resources to people within the Naperville community who
need assistance to avoid homelessness and to attain self-sufficiency. Naperville
CARES began as a grassroots organization to help low-income families and
individuals. In 1998, Naperville CARES launched a nine-month study to assess the
social service resources and needs in their community. After concluding this study,
the group incorporated itself as the Naperville Community Acting in Response to
