Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Charitable Foundation

Mission Statement:

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Charitable Foundation is a local chapter of the NRT Foundation, a 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization operating as the charitable arm of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Our primary purpose is dedicated to raising funds to provide financial assistance to housing-related causes that directly benefit the needs of the people and communities we are privileged to serve.

Commitment:

Our sales associates, managers and staff give back to the community by contributing their time, talents and resources. These charitable contributions and volunteer support strengthen and reinforce our commitment to our communities. Together, our sales associates, management team and staff are making a difference!

Partners:

Coldwell Banker Charitable Foundation has chosen Ronald McDonald House Charities as a primary partner. The Ronald McDonald House Charities is dedicated to providing a "home away from home" for families whose children are undergoing treatment at nearby hospitals. Children recover 31% quicker with the presence of parents and each of the area houses offers all the amenities of home. Annually, they provide over 30,000 "family nights." We are proud to help offer families a nearby "home" when they need it the most.

We will continue to add additional partners that are in line with our mission statement. Through our pledges, donations and fundraising events, we are pleased to give back to our communities by contributing substantially to various charitable organizations.

Latest News:

Coldwell Banker Charitable Foundation was proud to raise over $22,000 or 450 nights for the Ronald McDonald House Charities for the 2007 holiday season.
