In 1986 I began my career in real estate. I have earned designations including ABR, CRB, CRS, GRI and e-Pro500, which I put to use in staying abreast of every aspect of sales. I am a 2nd generation Realtor®, I have been a top agent, assistant manager, manager, broker/owner of a Coldwell Banker franchise, director of education and in 2002, I was honored with the opportunity to become Regional Vice President of the Milwaukee region. My career has always been with Coldwell Banker, I believe in their core values, unmatched tools, resources and their outstanding brand benefits. I understand the most important consideration in real estate is meeting our customer and clients needs. Life Lessons & Inspiration

It is my belief that all facets of life affect what you are able to accomplish. As a former professional fiber artist, I pride myself on my creative talents and thinking. I use creativity to encourage agents across the region to approach their business in an imaginative and resourceful way. I also believe that being a leader at work is closely tied with being a leader within your community. I have chosen to give back throughout my real estate career through local charitable organizations like the Ronald McDonald House of southeastern Wisconsin, Habitat for Humanity ,The American Diabetes Association of southeast Wisconsin and Coldwell Banker Charitable Foundation. The lessons I have learned while volunteering have translated into how I manage my office and the Wisconsin region. My personal referrals are a testament to my commitment.

Last week Tom and I attended the Buffini seminar in Chicago, what a practical, logical, smart way to build a referral system to grow our business. Today we attended the Power Pricing Seminar in Milwaukee and learned a whole new way of thinking about our role as real estate brokers. The ideas of acting as an educator and negotiator were two take-aways from the morning. Getting into a v formation and flying with the Coldwell team has been a wise decision for the KT Team.
