Ghita Mueller has been a licensed realtor® since 1992 and has worked in Lake County (northern suburbs of Chicago) since the beginning of 2002. Ghita is a life long Northern Illinois resident and has lived in Lake, Cook and Kane counties throughout her lifetime and knows the area very well. Along with traditional home buyers and sellers,  Ghita loves working with investors. She has personally owned and managed residential rental properties since 1994 and grew up in a family that owned and managed multiple residential rental properties. She excels at negotiations and works very hard at keeping all aspects of the transaction(s) on track for smooth closings.

Ghita Mueller currently works for Coldwell Banker in Libertyville, IL, and has also worked for a specialty leasing company in Chicago (owend by Sam Zell), Re/Max offices in both Libetyville and St. Charles, IL as well as a luxury home builder.  Along with her extensive real estate experience, she has also worked for Showtime Networks (fomerly a division of Viacom) for 7 years as a point of sale manager.
