LOCAL REALTOR, MAUREEN MOHLING, AWARDED REALTOR OF THE YEAR

NORTHBROOK, Ill. (October, 2009) - Maureen Mohling, a sales associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Winnetka North office, was named Realtor of the Year by the North Shore Barrington Association of Realtors^®. The Realtor of the Year award is the highest honor the association gives to a local Realtor, which is based on their commitment and involvement with the association.

Mohling began her 30+ year real estate career with Quinlan & Tyson and was recently a vice president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.  As the former managing broker for the Winnetka North office, Mohling is a consistent member of Coldwell Banker's President's Elite, which recognizes the top 1% of U.S. managers. She has also been a member of NSBAR since 1974 and has worked with the organization on their Contracts Committee and the Board of Directors. Mohling is a graduate of Mount Mary College and she received her Master's from Northeastern University.
