Linda Schubring is a natural leader who is committed to the real estate business and has made it her business to become a very knowledgeable broker/manager. A transplant to Racine, WI, Linda raised her three children here and is a genuine Racine booster, making it her home for life. As a noncompeting manager, Linda is dedicated to her agents, giving them support, education, coaching and guidance. Linda is proud of the professional, friendly culture that has been cultivated by the people who work in her office. Camraderie and respect for one another is contagious, making the atmosphere familial.

The staff is particularly welcoming to new agents who decide to make real estate a career choice or those experienced agents who are looking for a change that promises expanded opportunities, cutting edge marketing and genuine leadership. Linda is always there to assist, educate and listen.

The real estate business is in a constant state of change so it's important to be current at all times. Linda makes it a point to keep herself and her agents up to date on upcoming changes. Education has been Linda's lifelong passion. She takes advantage of every opportunity and assists her agents in doing the same, passing along her own knowlegde as well. She has earned several professional designations but no designation is more important to her than the position of manager.

Linda has been active in both the local and the state Realtor's associations, serving in many capacities. She has twice been president of the Racine association and twice been Realtor of the year. She has served as a director of the Wisconsin Realtors Association and held numerous committee positions at both the state and local levels.
