Terry Flanagan brings a solid business background, strong work ethic and honest approach to his real estate work. Terry was president/owner of a successful manufacturing business for more than two decades until he sold it in 2002. He was named Small Businessman of the Year by the city of Juneau, Wis., in 1999, due to his success in that enterprise. His interest in real estate, remodeling and investment properties led him to his second career of Realtor®, which he has been for more than a decade. His business success and skill set transferred well to real estate.

Terry was born and raised in Whitefish Bay, Wis., and remains a North Shore resident. He has a strong knowledge of the area and its communities. He has experience buying and selling homes in Bayside, Fox Point, Glendale, Whitefish Bay, Shorewood, Brown Deer, Mequon and Thiensville. He also has experience working throughout Milwaukee and Ozaukee counties.
