Barbara Rundle, an Associate Broker in the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Lombard, Il., is a Relocation Specialist also helping First Time Home Buyers and Seniors with their decisions in the in the home process.  Her areas of expertise are Elmhurst, Lombard, Villa Park, Glen Ellyn, Wheaton, and most of East Du Page County.

She is a trained Short Sale and Foreclosure Consultant and can also advise in the purchase or selling of condos and townhomes.

Barbara  Rundle is a trained real estate coach, a licensed Continuing Education for Real Estate Instructor and a new construction coordinator.  She has been a member of the Main Sreet Organization of Realtors for 25 years.

Barbara Rundle has been in real estate since 1985. She received her Broker's License in 1986 and was made the manager of the Coldwell Banker Elmhurst office in 1987. She is familiar with the Elmhurst, Villa Park and Lombard marketplaces. For 24 years, she had managed the Lombard Coldwell Banker office and is now retired from that position and has re-entered the sales field of real estate.

Real estate enables her to meet many people from all walks of life and share her knowledge of real estate with them.

Community Involvement

In the many years, Barbara Rundle has been in real estate, she has been involved with many community events.

Her office has participated in the Lilac Parade for the last 20 years, winning many awards for their floats.

The office has raised money for First Things First, a charitable organization in Lombard that benefits infants.

The office has participated in Habitat for Humanity and are members of the Dupage Homeownership Center.

For many years, she and her office participated with the Lombard Fire Department regarding fire prevention awareness and children's safety at Halloween.

Personal Background

Barbara Rundle was born and raised  in Chicago and enjoyed being one of 5 daughters.

After marrying, she and her husband moved to the western suburbs due to her husband being transferred to O'Hare with United Air Lines.

She has lived in the Northwest suburbs all her married life and has 3 wonderful children and 5 beautiful grandchildren.

Real estate is her third career.  She was the Secretary-Treasurer of a family owned drug store chain, owned 2 franchises in Peoria and has now been in real estate 25 years.

Communities Served

There really are no boundaries for the areas that Barbara Rundle can serve.  She is however, licensed only in Illinois.

She has sold in almost all of the towns in Dupage County as well as West Cook.

If she cannot service an area or if she is unfamiliar with an area, she would refer the client to an agent in that marketplace.
