It is my mission to actively market your home in such a manner that yields the highest value in the least amount of time. I strive to ensure a successful transaction, with the least amount of inconvenience to you – all the while building long-term relationships that lead to future successful transactions and your referrals.
As every home is unique, so should be every marketing strategy. I will provide the greatest exposure of your property by implementing an initiative that suits your property type, location, special amenities and features. I will generate interest from within an expansive pool of qualified buyers, positioned buyers (those already working with a Realtor®), and impulse buyers to create high demand and the possibility of multiple offers.
As a Realtor®, it is also my fiduciary duty to solicit information and showing requests from other agents in your area by means of direct contact, e-mail, reverse prospecting, and broker tours. In addition, an added benefit to working with me is that I have established relationships with Realtors all of the North Shore and Chicago and can bring buyers from city to suburbs and vice versa. This is a differentiator between me and my peers as it is unusal to find a Realtor that has officed out of both regions and brings a significant advantage to you the seller.

Steve Molitor is our resident mortgage advisor. He applies years of experience and personal expertise in helping our clients realize their dream of homeownership.
