Dennis Neri has acquired the State of Illinois Senior Real Estate Specialist Designation which allows him the ability to assist seiors in the transition stages from their current home of many years to a new location providing the Client with a safe, comfortable atmosphere where one can acquire new friendships and access to transportation availablities. Dennis is linked to many Senior Networking Groups which can assist with decisions about location, possibilities of supportive staffs for in-house needs as well as financial matters. Dennis is also involved with TRIAD Senior Support Groups which are there to educate Seniors about current Scams and Home Safety Issues. Dennis will make himself available to Clients from start to finish of the transition.

Education and Training

Dennis attended the Chicago Public School System at Sayre Elementary, continued with his High School education at  Fenwick High School in Oak Park and a 5 Year Apprenticeship with Pipefitter Local 597 in Chicago, wher he gain a tremendous amount of experience in the Building Trades. This gives Dennis past experience to pass along to his Clients in the Home Searches. After 30 Years in the Building Industry, Dennis was able to acquire his State of Illinois Real Estae License and Broker Designation in 2011. Dennis has his total focus on assisting his Clients with attaining their Goals.
