The Best Results
Back in 1998 Ed Jelinek gave Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage a glimpse of good things to come, by earning the Rookie of the Year title for his Chicago real estate sales. Since those early days, his vast knowledge and depth of experience have helped him rise to the upper echelon of all Chicago real estate agents. Coldwell Banker rewards productivity, and Ed has earned their highest praise year after year. He is a regular in Coldwell Banker’s President’s Club, which recognizes only the very top level of agents. For his total number of closed sales, he was named their #1 City Agent in 2005, and has consistently ranked in the top ten on that list.
But if you ask Ed, he’d say his highest honor is the trust of his clients, the referrals they send him, and the way he’s been invited into their social circles once they’ve worked with him. The wedding invitations and birth announcements he has received are more precious to him than all his professional titles and awards.
One of the Good Guys
Unwavering success despite a turbulent real estate market takes much more than just being in the right place at the right time. Ed Jelinek is a highly principled individual who will accept nothing less than the best possible outcomes for those who put their faith in him. It’s a rare and unmistakable quality that manifests itself in his tireless effort, honesty, responsiveness and solid guidance.
