About Eve Bremen

Eve Bremen has been in North Shore real estate for more than 25 years. After being a top sales agent for 15 years, Eve chose to share her sales skills by becoming the sales manager of the Coldwell Banker Winnetka South office in 1990. She started with five agents and grew the office to become a group of 65 highly skilled award winning real estate sales agents.

Eve has a passion for and takes great pride in hiring, training, motivating, and coaching new and experienced agents to help them reach their own specific professional goals. She provides tools, technology and marketing to take agents to the next level. She creates an office environment where all agents feel engaged and upbeat.

Community Service

Giving back to the community has always been Eve’s priority. Serving as president of the Winnetka Chamber of Commerce for three years, she has been involved with the beautification of downtown Winnetka. The first project was the restoration of the main street bridge. She has also served on multiple school boards and the Caucus in Glencoe, where she resides with her husband and three sons.
