I have been a full-time Realtor since 1978. I take pride in my office being #1 in the market for over 20+ years! When asked why the office is so successful and dominates the market by almost 2 to 1, my response is "If you want to be the best, you must have the best, and we definitely have the best agents in the area."

Community Involvement

Co-ordinates the annual Toys for Tots drive for the Southeast Office, collecting toys for children in need.

Works together with agents and staff to collect food baskets for the Lansing Food Drive.

Participates in many charitable marathons including Cancer, Diabetes and Lymphoma. 

Personal Background

I have over 30 years of real estate experience.  Licensed in Illinois and Indiana, having access to two Multiple Listing Services.  I belong to the National Association of Realtors, the Illinois Association of Realtors and MORE, the local Association of Realtors.

I am actively involved in rehabbing properties, with areas of expertise including working with buyers and sellers in the south suburbs, Chicago, and Northwest Indiana.

In addition to being the Broker Manager of one of the most successful companies in the area, I enjoy participating in many marathons each year in various places around the country.  I have run over 17 marathons, most for charitable organizations and have successfully completed 8 Chicago Marathons, and have qualified to run the Boston Marathon in April of 2010.

I have been married for over 40 years to Ellen, and am the father of 2 sons, Brian, age 37 and Jody, age 29.  Brian is also a Realtor and works with me in rehabbing properties.  Jody is employed for an insurance company selling high- risk insurance.
