Cyd is licensed in both Illinois and Michigan. She focuses on the Chicago neighborhoods of:  Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Gold Coast, Streeterville, River North, South Loop, West Loop, and Bucktown. She also specializes in the second home and resort market in Southwest Michigan in the Saugatuck, Douglas, and South Haven communities. She works with both buyers and sellers of small condos to the luxury market of multimillion  dollar homes.

Cyd has been a real estate Broker at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Lincoln Park since 2004, and at Coldwell Banker in New Buffalo, Michigan since 2006. She came from a 25 year career in the advertising and marketing industry working on Fortune 500 companies. Her philosophy is to provide her Clients exceptional service and insightful knowledge to help her Clients make informed decisions. Her tough negotiating skills, developed from years in the media and ad sales industry, provide a critical advantage in the negotiation process. Cyd has an exceptional ability to listen to her Clients, whether they are first time, or experienced buyers and sellers. She has an even keeled personality that allows her to keep her Client's focused on achieving their needs/goals whether it is a for a first time condo or million dollar home. Her background in the advertising industry also allows her to help prepare and market her seller's properties to the best advantage. Every transaction is different and has its challenges but she pulls upon her past experience to make sure things move smoothly and assure that the transaction is as seemless as possible for her Clients.  Cyd has built her business through personal referrals and through community organizations she is involved with, which continue to grow each year. Personal Background

Cyd grew up in Southwestern Michigan in a family that was actively involved in real estate development, investment and sales for resort and vacation properties for over 30 years. She has lived on the Gold Coast of Chicago for over 25 years. She is active  and involved with many  community, charity, and not-for-profit organizations in both Chicago and Southwest Michigan.
