Natalie started with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage as a part-time sales associate and worked her way up to managing broker of the Coldwell Banker Hyde Park office. Born, raised, and educated in Chicago, Natalie Carpenter is heavily involved in the local community. She was a board member for two prominent banks, is a past director for the local Chambers of Commerce, and the director for two Realtor associations. In her own words, Natalie states “Chicago is my home. Chicago is my life!”
