Nicholas has been a Chicago real estate agent at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Lincoln Park since 2001. Nicholas and The Apostal Group focus on serving real estate needs in Cook County, Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Gold Coast, Streeterville, Wrighleyville, River North, Bucktown, Wicker Park and surrounding areas.
Nicholas is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Chicago Association of Realtors and has achieved his ABR certification for exceptional buyer brokerage. Beginning in 2008, he has been responsible for sales of over $20,000,000 in residential real estate on Chicago's North, Near West, and South In recognition of his achievements, Nicholas is included in Coldwell Bankers President's Club of the top 1% producing agents, and continues to receive awards from the Chicago Association of Realtors. He is also a founding member of the association's Young Professional's Network.

Nicholas' particular strengths are working with first-time buyers and relocating families, selling large luxury homes and marketing small to medium sized condominium developments. In 2006 Nicholas partnered up with his mother, Edie Apostal, and formed The Apostal Group with the goal of providing a higher level of customer service to their clients. Biography

Over the past 8 years Nicholas Apostal has established himself as one of the top REALTORS® in Chicago and a leader in the residential brokerage community. Working from Coldwell Banker's Lincoln Park Plaza office since 2001, Nicholas has extensive leadership training and teaches in Cb's New Agent Development program. 

A lifelong resident of Chicago’s north side, Nicholas attended public school at Lincoln Elementary and received his high school diploma from Francis W. Parker School, in the Lincoln Park neighborhood, then went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Boston University. Before turning his full attention to the real estate field, he worked as a program coordinator and fundraiser for an international nonprofit organization in New York City. Currently Nicholas lives in River North, he is an active member of the Lincoln Park Zoo’s Auxiliary Board and is involved with multiple local charity and civic organizations. He comes from an established Lincoln Park family that has been active in real estate investment, management, development and sales for more than 40 years.
