About Steve Kolko
For more than 25 years, Steve Kolko has been a leader in residential real estate and a manager for more than 14 years. He is the branch manager of the award winning Highland Park office and supervises a sales force of more than 80 agents who service the North Shore. As a life-long Chicago area resident, he knows the market well. When not doing real estate, Steve enjoys all sports and travel. Married to wife, Betty for 30 years and has raised two daughters.
Steve always makes himself accessible to his agents. His goal is to help grow their business to the level that they want to reach. He provides ongoing training, coaching and motivation to associates at all levels. By offering more marketing and tools for agents, Steve feels that it sets the company apart from the competition.
He is proud of the new, state of the art Coldwell Banker office located in downtown Highland Park, which serves as the support center for all agents and provides the utmost in customer service to its clients.
