Susan Fisher was born and raised in Southern California, earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and moved to the Midwest, the perfect place to raise a family. While a busy full-time mom, she started her own freelance gardening business, honing skills she now draws on when assisting her real estate clients. Susan is great at multi-tasking, communicating, analyzing market trends and negotiating for the best possible terms and conditions. She also knows all there is to know about area schools, neighborhoods and amenities and has served on the board of various homeowners associations and environmental community groups. Upbeat and creative with a good sense of humor, Susan enjoys cooking, gardening and reading.

Sarah Powers was born in Will County and raised in Kankakee County. Before entering real estate, she earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in education and pursued a career as an elementary school teacher. Just as she helped her students, Sarah patiently walks her clients through the details of the buying and selling process, happy to answer any questions they may have. Licensed in 2004, she has served as president of the Kankakee-Iroquois-Ford Association of REALTORS®, received the Rising Star Award and been named among RealTrend’s The Thousand. She is also a member of Women United and has sat on the board for the Kankakee Chamber of Commerce’s Young Professionals Network. Friendly, analytical and energetic, Sarah is an avid reader who likes to cook and spend time with family and friends.
