Bob Bucher has been a realtor since 1993 in the Western Suburbs.  Home based at the Coldwell Banker Residential office in Clarendon Hills, Bob brings his philosophy of personal contact with today's technology to market homes today.     Living in Clarendon Hills for 17 years and having 5 years of Mortgage Loan experience & 17 years in the real estate market,  he believes with all the changes in the industries, education of mortgage lending & market conditions is key for both sellers and buyers.  Bob lists & sells along the communities that the Burlington Northern Commuter Train  corridor from LaGrange, Western Springs, Hinsdale, Clarendon Hills, Westmont, Downers Grove, Lisle & Naperville besides working all of the Southwestern & Western Suburbs.
