Business Philosophy
I started real estate over 5 years ago, and even before becoming a licensed agent, I began selling homes for builders in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. It started with just helping my mother, Penny O'Sullivan, who has been in the industry for over 20 years. I never expected that I would live it so much, and make a full time career out of it.
I truly feel that purchasing a home is one of the most difficult choices a couple or family has to make, and with the right agent, it can be one of the most rewarding ones. Before becoming licensed, I purchased two homes, and saw how valuable it was to have ag agent that not only was knowledgeable about the ares, but also helpful with every detail of purchasing and selling my homes. So when I became a Realtor, I remembered exactly what I went through, and what my concerns were with purchasing and selling. I use that today to help guide each of my customers, so that they too will have the great experience that I had.
With a marketing degree from St. Mary's University, and the knowledge base I receive from my partner and mother Penny, I have come up with programs that help sellers gain more exposure on their home, and in turn sell their home in a shorter period of time while getting the highest dollar possible. My buyers have access to databases of the latest foreclosures, new listings, and finance programs that help make their dream home a possibility. I have also invested in tools like this website, in hopes that my clients get the latest and most up-to-date information not from an newspaper or magazine, but from their local realtor.
- I currently live in Plainfield, with my wife Priscilla, 4 year old daughter Kailee and 6 month old son Rylan. It's a very exciting time for our family, and I'm loving every minute of it.
