Michael has also parlayed his success in real estate into a side career of public speaking engagements and advising on, among other topics: successfully investing in real estate, equity management, how to be tax savvy and increase your real estate and overall investment portfolio, effective and strategic negotiation, land development, and so much more. Buying and Investing
Michael formed a real estate investment group to purchase lower-priced, easily rentable residential properties for the purpose of long-term capital gain. He also has worked in the mortgage side of the business organizing a corporation along the unique concept to market loans on the retail level to provide financing and refinancing for the residential housing market. With these past experiences he is able to help buyers understand their best financing options for personal residence or investment properties. He advises on long and short term investment potential on both a smaller scale of your own personal property or on a larger scale with multi-investments.
Having raised a family of three in Northbrook since 1974, he understands the importance of having a home that fits your needs and the needs of your family. When helping a buyer he would tell them to always keep in mind not only the investment and financial aspects but also whether or not the home will be an ideal functional location for you and your family for 2-5 years at minimum. Michael has worked with every type of home and has even organized partnerships to purchase, lease, and sell both condominiums and single family homes.
Michael loves his career but outside of daily business practices he also enjoys rehabilitating real estate. It’s a wonderful thing to see a property transform and come back to life. His family has always been his driving force, his three beautiful children Bryce, Joe, and Kasey and now his newest love his first Grandchild, Ellie. Michael also enjoys reading, gardening, boating, beaches, and road trips.
