She makes the most of all of the terrific marketing materials and strategies that Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has to offer, including single property websites, detailed email flyers to potential buyers and brokers, as well as beautiful print advertising, both through the mail and in Milwaukee's finest magazines. Knowledge is power, and Cate's familiarity with sales in the neighborhoods of her listings help her to negotiate fairly and aggressively on her clients' behalf.

She assists her buyers every step of the way. She helps her buyers determine their financial abilities by connecting them with lenders who will discuss their income and credit with them and help determine an appropriate price range, and get them pre-approved to purchase a home. Her longtime knowledge of Milwaukee helps Cate to show buyers who may be new to the area all a neighborhood has to offer, from schools to nightlife. As a Buyer's Agent, Cate works to ensure that any offer is negotiated to reflect both the buyer's wants and needs, and the realities of today's housing market. She accompanies buyers at home inspections and can help to determine whether a repair will be small or large. She works with buyers to ensure that their lenders receive all the necessary documents and that loan commitment will be available in a timely manner.

Personal Background
Cate grew up in Milwaukee and, other than 8 years in New England, has lived on Milwaukee's East Side all her life. She loves seeing the transformation of Milwaukee into a unique and exciting city and still enjoys exploring the area and all the restaurants and attractions that Milwaukee has to offer. She's been a Realtor since 2002. Before joining Coldwell Banker in 2011, she worked with her mother, also a Realtor, in a family-owned real estate firm.
