Dan Arenz has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2002. Dan is affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Elmhurst and his primary focus is selling residential real estate in DuPage and Cook County.  As a knowledgeable real estate professional, Dan considers it an honor to be able to assist you with your real estate needs. He recognizes the most important member of his team is “the client". His approach with all clients is to ensure they are fully informed with the current real estate marketplace, resulting in the confidence that their financial interests are being properly represented during the entire real estate process.

Prior to real estate, Dan spent 15 years in the advertising, marketing and public relations industry. Marketing a property is Dan’s true passion and what separates him from the competition.  He enjoys the creative aspects of marketing properties and utilizing the latest technologies available, especially social marketing. It is his knowledge of the market that enables Dan to assist his clients in positioning their properties to result in a positive return on investment. Personal Background

I was born and raised in Lombard. I am a graduate of Elmhurst College, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. After spending 15 years working in management positions within the advertising, marketing and public relations industry, I decided to enter the world of real estate in 2002. I found that the very same skill sets learned in the agency world enabled me to become a top tier Realtor in the Western Suburbs.

I reside in Elmhurst with my wife, Karen, and two children, Sara and Max. In my free time, I like to exercise and help coach our kids in sports. Our family also likes to spend time at our summer cottage in southwest Michigan.
