Trudy Holmes, CREN (Certified Real Estate Negotiator) is a full time Real Estate Counselor since 1994. Trudy provides quality expert service throughout Chicago land and surrounding Suburbs.  Trudy stays on top of the ever changing real estate market.

Trudy specializes in single family homes, luxury, condominiums (new and existing), multifamily, mixed use and commercial properties.  She also specializes in Bank Owned properties, Short Sales as well as HUD Properties. Mrs. Holmes is a firm believer of “My Word Is My Bond”.

Not all Realtors are familiar with the process of foreclosure properties.  Trudy Holmes’ knowledge of this area has allowed her the opportunity to assist Sellers in keeping their properties and others in selling their properties while keeping their credit intact.  Some Sellers received a profit once the sale was completed.  Trudy was able to assist them with other real estate needs as well.  Although each circumstances unique; a resolution is always possible.
