Personal Background

Roxanne Simons grew up in Chicago and her family has been active in real estate investment and management for over 30 years. In one form or another she has always been involved in real estate.

In 2005 Roxanne spearheaded her career in Miami Beach/ South Beach area working with luxurious sales of ocean front condos, penthouses and homes. She worked with some of the most elite and discerning clients from around the world. Later on, Roxanne moved back to Chicago to work with her family as a property manager and had her own boutique real estate firm before joining the powerful Coldwell Banker brand.

Roxanne resides in Oak Brook and actively manages apartment buildings in Logan Square, Humboldt Park and Lincoln Park (neighborhoods in the City of Chicago).

Roxanne's particular strengths are working with apartment complexes, selling luxury homes and working with first time home buyers.
