Kim Knoeppel has numerous years of corporate sales experience, but  most recently my experience has been in the Home Remodeling/home decorating field.  As a past investor in properties, I have a keen eye on "hidden potential" of some homes that just need some extra attention!  I love the challenge of taking a property that has been neglected for years and bringing it back to it's original beauty!
