Purchasing and Selling Large Land Parcels
Whatever your reason for needing a large piece of land- Commercial use, privacy, extensive grounds, hobbies like horseback riding, snowmobiling, ATV’s, Volleyball, Baseball, collecting antique cars, gardening, Tom can find you the right property that meets your wish list and will research the permitting restrictions to ensure that you can use the land as you would like and get the best value. Having worked in this area for many years, Tom has established an extensive database of over 1,000 property owners in Lake County with large lots of 15+ acres and properties that adjoin the Lake County Forest Preserve. Therefore, when you tell him your needs he can consult his list and do some additional legwork to find out if any properties fitting your criteria might be quietly available. Many times, these properties are never listed on the MLS due to the owner’s need for privacy and discretion. Tom has had a long history of success putting these types of deals together and matching ideal properties with buyers. Tom and his family have owned several 5+ acre lots near the Lake County Forest Preserve and is passionate about these beautiful properties and the opportunities they afford for use and enjoyment.
Listing Your Home or Vacant Lot

Buying Your Next Home or Investment
Tom is incredibly thorough in his search for your ideal property. Nose to the grindstone, he utilizes his extensive knowledge base of Lake County properties, network of connections, hard work, and determination to locate you the best property whether it is on the mls or not. This is also where his honesty and integrity is most important. He will not walk you through a home pointing out only its good points to get you ‘sold’ on a property fast. He wants you to know enough about the property to make an informed decision that is smart and successful. He never sugarcoats information because his reputation is the cornerstone of his business and therefore employing honesty and diligent research is his utmost priority. Having raised a family of his own, he understands your priorities may be different depending on where your children are in school and he can adjust your search to meet your lifestyle needs as well as your aesthetic and amenity wishes. If you are relocating to the area, Tom looks forward to acquainting you with the beautiful neighborhoods and amenities the North Shore and Lake County have to offer, touring you through each community until you find the perfect spot for you and your family. For a thorough personalized search please contact Tom anytime to find your next home.
