The Relocation Department focuses on providing third party referral companies the most professional services in the industry, while servicing their corporate clients. A broad range of relocation options tailored to fit the needs of corporate clients and their transferees are offered. Each incoming transferee is assigned a professional relocation consultant who will provide a comprehensive relocation packet and extensive pre-arrival counseling. When appropriate, the relocation consultant will match the transferee with one or more Realtors® who have a track record of excellence both in real estate practice and in meeting the needs of relocating transferees.
Departure transferees are also assigned a relocation consultant who will refer them to a Realtor® selected for their home marketing expertise. In each case, the consultant will continue as a single point of contact throughout the entire relocation process, checking on progress and addressing any concerns of the transferee or the third party consultant.
